Online Modules
  • Global Health Education Consortium (GHEC) is creating more than 100 peer-reviewed global health modules on various topics in global health. The modules are available on the GHEC website and include PowerPoint slides (in Macromedia Flash. format) backed up by supplementary notes, case studies, and often, an end-of-module quiz. These are primarily geared towards medical students, although new modules are being developed for residents in the future.
  • Baylor Pediatric AIDSExcellent online HIV curriculum with cases and questions at the end of each chapter.
  • TuftsOpen CourseWare
  • Swansea with University College Hospital, Ibadan, Nigeria. Five e-Learning modules on: Global Burden of Disease, TB, malaria, HIV/AIDS, Obesity, and an Introduction to Parasitology. They were designed mainly for individual study by medical students at the two collaborating institutions.
  • USAIDThere are currently 15 modules on global health with an aim to have 48 modules. This website has fun interactive quizzes in each part of the module, with simple presentations.
